Dimensioned circle feature

It would be beneficial to be able to draw a circle to a dimension of the users choosing, so areas can be inspected to a standard, so say the specification says no more than 3-off gas pores in a 25.4mm diameter circle, the user can draw the circle to 25.4mm diameter and place it over the region of interest.
