Contrast Noise Ratio (CNR) Standard
Would it be possible to add a reference to the standard used for the CNR calculations to avoid confusion? ASTM and ISO define different formulas for CNR, which lead to different results.
Additionally, could you include a feature that allows the user to select which standard should be applied? Currently, the ISO standard is used by default, but an option to select the ASTM standard would be helpful, as this method is required during long-term stability tests of DDAs in conformity with E2737.

Hi Vincent,
Thanks for the feedback. Just to confirm, you’d like a reference to the CNR standard used, plus an option to choose a specific standard for CNR calculation? Could you let us know which specific ones you have in mind (e.g. ASTM, ISO, or others)? -

Vincent SpieringhsHi Cynthia,
Your description is correct. An calculation based on the method described in the ASTM E2737 would be much appreciated.
This standard is used to perform the DDA long term stability tests.
